Client’s situation
Vadym is a Ukrainian citizen and he was staying in Ukraine when he contacted me for the first time. His family – wife and daughter – were in the UK as they arrived last year immediately after war started. And Vadym tried 2 times to get Ukraine Sponsorship Visa, however was unsuccessful. He was waiting for a long time for the decision and there was no response.
Solution and result
The best immigration solution for his complicated case was that his wife and daughter could be a sponsor for him as they were staying in the UK more than 1 year since arrival and they are both working and renting separate accommodation. The wife and daughter have passed the DBS check by local housing authorities and shown that they are working and paying local council taxes. And the rented accommodation met all necessary safety requirements.
He got the positive decision by the end of October 2023 and entered the UK in the beginning of November 2023 and he has taken his BRP card from the post office on time. Now Vadym is busy with his integration into the UK lifestyle and seeking work opportunities.
